Suiko, the Operational Excellence specialist has been recognised for its work with leading biofuels business Vivergo Fuels, as winner of this year’s ‘Performance Improvement in the Private Sector’ category at the prestigious 2015 MCA Awards.
Suiko’s disciplined approach, focussed heavily on optimising skills and expertise, within Vivergo, creating a clear environment for positive growth and empowering decision making across the organisation. Within 7 months of engagement, Vivergo’s operational output doubled, alongside a raft of major performance improvements.
