Steve Clark is a Managing Consultant, specialising in construction and infrastructure, with a lead role in developing the firm’s foothold in the sector.
For over two decades, he has worked alongside organisations in the UK, USA and Portugal, helping them to achieve Operational Excellence. His consulting experience is complemented by many years in industry, leading organisations in the role of General/ Plant Manager. For the past two years Steve has been coaching some of the largest UK main contractors in Lean Thinking.
