Job Description


Suiko is a successful and growing business, looking for ambitious consultants with world class lean transformation backgrounds to join the expanding team.  Established in 1997, Suiko has built long standing relationships with major blue chip companies and household names across a number of industry sectors.  Our success was recognised recently at the prestigious 2015 Management Consultancies Association (MCA) awards, were we won the Performance Improvement Project of the year prize.


As a consultant you will be tasked with delivering CI and Lean Operational Excellence projects in a range of environments.  Once thoroughly trained and inducted in the Suiko methodology and approach, you will be assigned to client projects and hit the ground running in this fast paced role.  You will bring your own ‘hands-on’ practical style, enabling clients to achieve exceptional results through the application of proven methods and techniques.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years experience of facilitating/leading process improvement and lean in an organisation of significant size
  • Degree level education (ideally 2:1)
  • A professional CV demonstrating accomplishment and personal growth
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Passion and commitment for a career in consultancy and associated lifestyle
  • Drive, tenacity and a rigorous approach to ‘make things happen’
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop deep understanding of Suiko principles and internal processes
  • Strong IT skills
