Richard is responsible for new business development. A former army officer with the Welsh Guards, he moved into industry in 1993 and has worked extensively in the construction, facilities management and private equity sectors.
Andy began his career as an army officer with the British Royal Engineers. He moved into industry in 1993 with Hagen Consulting and Unilever as an internal consultant and operations manager. He founded Suiko in 1997.
Martin began his career in the automotive industry with Ford, followed by management roles in the food and drink sector with Pepsi, Walkers and Carlsberg. He has over 10 years diverse consultancy experience in sectors including manufacturing, utilities and has worked extensively across the construction supply chain.
Steve’s experience spans two decades in the field working with leading blue chip organisations in the UK, Europe and USA. He has been at the forefront of translating and transferring lean manufacturing best practice to the construction sector.
Chris’s background included posts at Kawasaki, Pilkington and Cranfield. He has over 10 years lean and operational excellence consultancy experience in the manufacturing, food and drink, pharmaceuticals and construction sectors.
Before moving into consultancy Simon worked with Goodyear tyres and Cogent Power. As a consultant, Simon has over 10 years experience in change leadership and lean, developed and applied across a wide range of industries.
