Pilot Project delivers £330K of potential income

We applied value stream mapping to better understand the processes we were using to deal with the learners once they made an initial enquiry.  Once we understood the tools, we were able to find and eliminate waste and develop quick and easy solutions to improve the experience for the learner, and save time and money in the process!
