Suiko introduced Operational Excellence across our business, encouraging our teams to take ownership of their issues and control their performance. We now have visual measures in all our areas reviewed daily. In our food plating and assembly departments, we successfully challenged the industry standard approach and mind-set to introduce single piece flow. This way of working has been embraced and is now the norm, providing us with significant bottom line results. The project will now be handed over to the CI management team to continue this excellent foundation work.
