Results
The programme has proved to be successful, meeting our stated aims. Indeed we have a “What good looks like” Cell model, with embedded tools and practices. This is being rolled out across all areas. We also have the behavioural foundations in place to sustain the programme, and are delivering ROI savings of 4 x investment.
Our journey is by no means complete, but we are making great progress so far!
